Thank you for visiting SKYrehab.com, a Vibra Healthcare Hospital.  As South Central Kentucky’s only Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital, we are glad that you have chosen to learn more about us and how we would meet the physical rehabilitation needs of you or your loved one.

SKY Rehabilitation Hospital thrives on a culture that inspires teamwork and a passionate workforce driven by a dedication to patient wellness and satisfaction.  We work to achieve our mission by making sure our patients are at the center of our attention in all areas of patient care including Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation Nursing, Respiratory Care, Radiology, Psychology, Dietary, and Physician care.  In addition to our experienced caring staff we utilize the latest in rehabilitation equipment technology to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

We know that your care or the care of your loved ones is one of the most important decisions you will make.  Because of this, SKY Rehabilitation Hospital has taken extra voluntary measures to provide the quality of care everyone wants and deserves.  SKY Rehabilitation Hospital is accredited by the Joint Commission and the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).  We have also completed a voluntary certification by CARF and are honored to also be recognized as a Stroke Center of Excellence.
